A one-time
signing fee of $5.00 for the author, plus $26.95 for a first-edition
hardbound copy of Below Mile Zero with a full color dust
jacket. Unless otherwise specified, dedications and author's signature
will appear inside, below Acknowledgments.
We do
NOT charge for handling; only additional charges are $1.00 for
packaging, plus the standard shipping rates charged by the carrier of
your choice and any additional insurances you may require.
All
Florida orders are subject to a 7 ½ % sales tax
Orders are
usually confirmed on the same day as e-mail request is received, by
return e-mail with shipping rates and instructions where payment will be
sent. All orders are processed on a same-day basis as soon as check(s)
or money order(s) have cleared the business account.
There is
no charge for canceling your order. All cancellation requests will be
effected immediately, unless the order has already been placed in
transit.
